「頭は、どこに？」「光の中に」

"We are a spark of God" is a sentence that Vianna,who is the Theta Healing founder,told us.

We are able to recognize ourselves as a being that consists of body,soul,and spirit through the eurythmy which is created by R.Steiner in 1912. Children could realise it from the time of their childhood through the Eurythmie, they also could understand their presences are sacred by doing it. Using our body in the Eurythmie, we will remember that we are already a part of the "God of All That Is".

"Where is your Head ？", "In the light" are the words at the beginning of the Eurythmie for children . Firstly, stand naturally , loosen the body, feel the energy of the centre of the earth at the same time.Secondary, bring this energy,through your soles of the feet, through the spine, to the top of the head,and straight your spine. Lastly,we will become a "pillar of light" so to speak. Of a vowel, along with the sound of "I", stand straight.That means we become one with the power of the "I"sound.

By the upright on the ground, human beings gained the freedom to use their hands, the freedom to express theirselves,the freedom to love others. The beginning is the movement of "I" in the Eurythmie.

身体を使って、思い出すのです。

これは子どものオイリュトミーのはじめの言葉です。

まず 、体を緩め、地球の中心のエネルギーを、

足の裏、背骨を通して、

頭の上にまで上昇させながら、

背骨をまっすぐに、

いわば"光の柱"になっていきます。

母音の、I 、イー の音の響きと共に、

その響きの力とひとつになってまっすぐ立ちます。

人間は地上に直立することによって、手を使う自由、自分を表現する自由、

そして他者を愛する自由を獲得しました。

そのはじまりがオイリュトミーでは、イーの動きです。
